Half Yearly Report
As we near the half way point of 2019, we wanted to give you an update on what we have been able to achieve through C3 Community Services so far this year.

EAPA (Energy Accounts Payment Assistance)
The Energy Accounts Payment Assistance (EAPA) Scheme helps people experiencing a short term financial crisis or emergency to pay their electricity or natural gas bill. The scheme helps people stay connected to essential energy services during a financial crisis. This scheme is not available on an ongoing basis.
The EAPA provider assesses the customer’s situation and determines each case based on individual circumstances. The vouchers issued to the customer will be sent to the retailer electronically by the EAPA provider and the vouchers will be paid to the customer’s account.
No Interest Loans (NILS)
NILS provides individuals and families on low incomes with access to safe, fair and affordable credit.
Loans are between $300 and $1,500 for essential goods and services such as fridges, washing machines and medical procedures. Repayments are set up at an affordable amount over 12 months.Learn more about NILS »
CAP Money Course
CAP Money is a FREE budgeting course that makes managing your money simple! CAP Money teaches people - from all walks of life - how to create a budget and prevent bad debt. Usually run over three sessions, this practical workshop provides people with the skills they need to manage their finances and prevent debt.
