C3 Community Services has been assisting those in need throughout the Macarthur region since 2002. Everything we do is centred around a message of hope that can only be found in Jesus.
Operating out of Macarthur Square (Tuesday and Thursday), we provide No Interest Loans for items such as household whitegoods, furniture, car registration and medical procedures. We also provide support with gas and electricity bills, emergency food relief and budgeting courses.

How we can help
NILS (No Interest Loan Scheme)
Customers can apply for a No Interest Loan of up to $2000. Loans can be used for household items, car repairs, car registration, medical procedures, school supplies, technology, rental bonds and more.
Applicants must have a Health Care or Pension Card or meet the income threshold (earning less than $100,000 gross p.a. for a family or $70,000 gross p.a. for single people). There are no fees, charges or interest applied for the entire length of the loan.
CAP Money (Christians
Against Poverty)
CAP Money is a free 3 week interactive budgeting course which runs for 2.5 hours per week.
We look at how to build a budget, how to manage your money, pay your bills on time, ways to save on week to week expenses, debt management and having savings for the future.
This course is suitable for both low and high-income earners. Friends and family members are welcome to attend the course.
CAP Money is also run as a Revenue NSW Work Development Order for eligible clients that have Revenue fines. For every hour a client attends the CAP Money course, $50 will be credited towards their fine.
Hope Services
Our Hope Services are held every couple of months on a Sunday morning at 10am. Join us for a free morning tea, short service and free lunch.
Every family will receive a free bag of groceries. We also run a fun C3 Kids program for preschool and primary aged children. Hope Services are a great opportunity to meet new people, find support and be encouraged!
EAPA
We can assist customers with utility bills (electricity, gas, Sydney Water) by issuing vouchers to the account, making sure people are on the best plan and receiving all their rebates. All NSW residents can apply.
Emergency Food Relief
Frozen meat, donated by Woolworths, is available every week for clients to pick up for free. Please call the office before coming in, to make sure we have some in stock.
